Karla

Players' draw decks and graveyards are reversed. The cards presently in the graveyard are shuffled and used as the draw deck. The cards presently in the draw deck become the graveyard. All rules, cards and effects that target the graveyard and draw deck still apply.
Karla, the Elven Goddess of Chaos and Change, was always seen when some major event was about to occur in the Elven kingdom.
